• Employee Experience Specialist Tomi Adeleye-Olusae believes that creating space for personal and professional growth benefits both individuals and the collective. She brings an empathetic, flexible approach to support people in way that allows them to thrive at work.

  Tomi graduated with a degree in labour studies and management from the University of Manitoba. She has held people-focused roles in diverse industries, including non-profit, accounting and consulting. She believes in purposefully creating spaces that promote equity and belonging. When not at work, Tomi loves to travel, spend time with her family and friends and veg out to some reality TV.
