• Helm Product Manager Simona McKee drives the direction and implementation of Habanero’s intranet analytics tool. Through collaborating and understanding client needs, she builds out a clear vision, strategy, and a product roadmap to tackle tough business problems. Simona brings over 20 years of experience working in technology, communications and project management.

  Before transitioning to her current role as product manager of Habanero’s Helm Insights app, Simona spent four years as a senior project manager and then as an Agile coach. Previously, she worked as a client-facing project manager in various industries involving technology, which gave her a deep understanding of developer and IT processes and technologies. Simona obtained her PMP in 2014 and her CSM in 2019. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, travelling and spending time with her family.
