• Intranet Support and Success Specialist Nicole Watson brings her love of learning, client service and problem solving to all her service desk interactions. She enjoys learning about new technology and ensuring that clients are supported and cared for throughout their service experience.

  Prior to working at Habanero, Nicole worked as an application support specialist for multiple cruise ships at Oracle Hospitality Cruise. She has also studied new media design and web development at BCIT. She enjoys hiking, travelling and learning new hobbies.
