• Experience Design Consultant Nicole Caruana works with clients to design inclusive experiences that enable employees and organizations to reach their highest potential. Curious and empathetic, Nicole blends scientific research-based insights with practical, innovative solutions. She believes that experiential learning is the best way to continually test, learn and refine ideas that lead to the most creative and effective solutions.

  Nicole holds an honours bachelor of arts in psychology and business and a master’s in industrial-organizational psychology, completing a thesis on authentic leadership. She has worked on organizational development and change management projects in both large organizations, such as CI Investments and UBC Sauder School of Business, and in start-ups. Outside of work, Nicole loves trying new food, learning new activities or travelling to new places.
