• Experience Designer Anna Aksenovich helps design holistic solutions in the people and culture space. She loves to approach everything she does with a beginner’s mindset, a concept that she learned from yogic philosophy. Drawing on her diverse work experiences, she views everything from multiple perspectives and continuously tests her assumptions as a researcher.

  With a background in sociocultural anthropology, Anna is keenly interested in diversity and cultural fluency in the workplace. Outside of work, she is an avid traveller. When she is back home in Toronto, you can find her taking photos, doing yoga and forever redesigning and rearranging her living space.
