Habanero again places in BC Business top ten!

Habanero was ranked #5 in the BC Business list of the "2011 Best Companies to Work for in BC". For the past two years Habanero has placed #7.

Broken down by industry sector Habanero again placed #2 in the category of professional services and communications.

Selections for the "Best Companies" list are based on anonymous employee responses to a survey measuring talent systems, employee engagement, leadership dynamics, and organization culture.

The themed question posed in this year's company-wide survey was: "If your company was a rock star, what kind would it be?" Based on employee responses Habanero would be a "sensitive folkie". One Habanero employee responded "Our company would be a sensitive folkie because we tend to be pretty low-key and accessible. We let our clients and the solutions we build shine, while we stay out of the limelight."
