We are excited and honored to be asked to speak at this year's IABC World Conference in Montreal. The theme this year is "The Communication Crossroads," emphasizing that the communications profession is uniquely positioned at the crossroads of business, culture, functions, and audience. We couldn't agree more!
We will be sharing the story of Vancouver Airport Authority’s website redesign project. The resulting award-winning website is a great example of the innovation and transformation that is shaping the future role of the communicator.
