On June 16, Habanero user experience consultant Meghan Armstrong will lead a sketching workshop with the IxDA Toronto.

The session is an introduction to sketching and turning ideas into visual reality. Different techniques, tools, and approaches will be covered from the point of view of creating better employees for employees and customers. It’s a starting point for professionals who want to learn more about sketching, user experience, and incorporating design activities into their day-to-day role.

The IxDA is an international design association committed to advancing interaction design around the world. There are dozens of chapters worldwide.

Aside from her work as a user experience consultant, Meghan is also an instructor for the Habanero UX Masterclass, a two-day comprehensive user experience workshop. She has taught as a sessional design instructor in the University of Calgary’s Faculty of Fine Arts and Schulich School of Engineering. Meghan holds a bachelor’s degree in fine arts and master’s degree in environmental design (industrial design) from the University of Calgary.
